The Importance of Not Going to Sleep Mad at Night "Let it go! Honestly, just let it go" -- I told myself many times. Yet, I tended to go to sleep mad at whomever deserved it. Oh My Garlic! I can't remember at what point I started loving garlic. All I know is that I'm glad I did. Not only is this vegetable (plant) a flavorful nice addition to our dinner, but it's so much more than that. Garlic has so many health benefits. I honestly think garlic can be the answer to many of our health problems.
